Photomicroscopy

The Photomicroscopy Gallery is a collection of images of subjects that were captured from 10x (ten times life size) and beyond.

Photomicroscopy presents many of the difficulties of photomacrography, along with a whole new set of challenges. Instead of using a macro lens with a DLSR, photomicrography requires that one connects a DSLR body to a microscope, and optimize everything about the light path within the microscope to produce quality, scientific images.

The images in this gallery represent my skills with setting up Köhler Illumination.
